We prefer to recruit direct whenever possible. We have a team of professional, experienced recruiters whose job it is to provide you with a first class service and enable the very best people to join us.

You may have seen a role that interests you in the Opportunities section, or you may have heard about us and what we do, and would like to know whether we are interested. Either way, the first step in the process is for you to complete the online application form, attaching your CV where indicated.

Within 3 working days of you submitting a CV, you will be contacted by someone from our recruitment team. If this does not happen, drop them an email or give them a call.

The process . . .

If there is a good match at this initial stage, you will be contacted and invited to go through the selection process. The selection process involves up to three interviews, dependent on the role in question. Our interviews are both competency and technically based and seek to assess the depth of your knowledge, the breadth of your consulting skills and your ‘fit’ with respect to our culture and values. One of the three interviews may be conducted by telephone if a meeting is impractical.

If you are being considered for a more senior role, such as a Programme Director or an Account Director, you may be asked to complete a psychometric test and take part in an assessment centre which will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills using a case study and other structured assessment tools.
