Steve Peck

President & CEO

Steve Peck Steve Peck is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Axon Americas, reporting to the Axon Group plc board. Steve joined Axon on April 2, 2008 from SAP where he was Senior Vice President and General Manager, Ecosystem and Partner Group for SAP Americas and Asia Pacific Japan (AAPJ). As President and CEO of Axon Americas, Steve is responsible for directing Axon’s rapid growth in the Americas market while maintaining Axon’s focus on delivery excellence and customer success.

Prior to joining Axon, Steve was responsible for developing and executing programs that leveraged SAP’s global partner ecosystem to drive growth in SAP’s market share and accelerate customer value. Steve also served on the SAP AAPJ CEO Council, the Board of Directors for SAP Government and Support Services, and on the SAP AG Global Ecosystem and Partner Group Executive Leadership Council. Steve's prior role at SAP was President of SAP Public Services, Inc based in Washington, DC. Under Steve’s leadership, SAP Public Services delivered three consecutive years of significant market share gains, double digit revenue growth and strong customer and employee satisfaction improvements.

In addition to over twenty-two years of demonstrated expertise in driving business transformation through enterprise technology implementations, Steve is a prominent speaker at partner, industry and company events. Among his most notable appearances, Steve served on a nationally televised homeland security panel with former DHS Secretary Tom Ridge and a CNBC moderated forum on Global Technology Trends.

Steve serves on the President’s Board of Visitors at Towson University in Baltimore, MD and is active in numerous charitable organizations, including the Fisher House, KIPP schools and KaBoom. Steve has also served for over five years on the Executive Committee for the DC Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Annual Ball.

Ian Greenhalgh

EVP Sales & Marketing

Ian GreenhalghIan Greenhalgh is Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Axon Americas and serves on the CEO Council. A longtime Axon veteran, Ian initiated Axon’s North American SAP operations, profiling numerous SAP consultancies in order to identify a suitable platform for Axon’s US growth ambitions. Following the acquisition of Feanix Corporation in April 2005, he relocated to the US with his family to manage North American business development – successfully growing the company to $150m in revenues within 2 ½ years.

Ian began his career as a manufacturing engineer with Fujitsu in Japan and the UK before moving into SAP at Andersen Consulting. He has worked for Axon for over ten years, originally as a consultant before becoming project manager for Axon’s first multi-national SAP implementation. The program, which was delivered 14 months ahead of schedule, became the basis for Axon’s multi-national SAP implementation methodology and tool-set. As a solution director working for Axon in the UK, Ian was instrumental in integrating Axon’s SAP and Operational Improvement practices to build Axon’s approach to SAP enabled business transformation. Ian holds masters degrees from Cambridge University.

Beau Ross

EVP for Operations and Delivery

Beau Ross Beau is Executive Vice President for Operations and Delivery for Axon Americas which includes recruiting, staffing, capability management, project delivery, human resources, finance and acquisitions. He previously led Axon’s global SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting practice.

For 10 years, Beau was the CEO of PremierHR International, a SAP HCM consultancy, which Axon acquired in November 2006. Prior to PremierHR, he worked at Accenture in consulting and human resources. Beau has 14 years experience on SAP projects including roles such as executive sponsor, quality assurance, project manager and change management leader. Client projects include St. Jude Medical, EDS, Safety-Kleen, Alliance-Bernstein, Convergys, Georgia-Pacific, Motorola and Texas Instruments. Beau lives in Austin, Texas.

Chris Sapka

Chief Financial Officer

Chris SapkaChris Sapka joined Axon Americas in September 2006 as Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the CEO Council.

Prior to joining Axon, Chris served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Vice President of ei3 Corporation, a technology firm that provides remote monitoring and diagnostic services to original equipment manufacturers and their customers. Chris’s role at ei3 was largely centered around strategic focus and preparing the company for becoming publicly-traded, and he remains a member of their Board of Directors.

From 2000 through 2005, Chris served as the U.S. Controller of Mercer Human Resource Consulting, a division of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., a publicly traded company. Among his other responsibilities, Chris was thoroughly involved in Mercer’s M&A activities. From 1995 through 2000, Chris was with BDO Seidman, LLP in New York, most recently serving as Audit Services Manager.

Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.S. in Accounting from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
 

Todd Crandall

EVP of Strategic Industries

Todd is the Executive Vice President of Sales responsible for Axon America’s Strategic Todd CrandallIndustry Verticals – Utilities, Public Sector, Aerospace & Defense, and Travel & Logistics. 

Todd joined Axon as a result of the acquisition of utilities specialist, TUI Consulting in 2006 and has been instrumental in the dramatic growth of Axon America.  Under Todd’s leadership Axon has become the leading SAP SI within the utilities, state & local and rail marketplaces, regularly delivering 200% growth within a sector.  For the last 9 years, Todd has been exclusively focused on the implementation and sale of benefits-led business transformation programs in which success is defined in terms of tangible benefits derived from leveraging the efficiencies and capabilities of SAP’s business application suite.

Todd has been personally involved in over 40 SAP implementations across a wide range of industries including, among others, investor-owned and municipal utilities, state & local governments, manufacturing companies, high-tech software and services firms, and retail companies.

Jason Zintak  

EVP of Sales    

Jason Zintak joined Axon as an Executive Vice President of Sales for Jason ZintakAxon Americas in August 2008.  As EVP of Sales, Jason is responsible for Axon’s large enterprise sales organization, working alongside Todd Crandall, Axon Americas EVP of Sales for Strategic Verticals.  Both Jason and Todd report in to Ian Greenhalgh Axon Americas’ head of Sales & Marketing. 

Jason has over 14 years of experience leading teams that drive customer success in the application software and services industry.  Prior to joining Axon, Jason was Vice President for North American SAP Sales and Market Development at one of the world’s largest IT consultancies.  There, he drove SAP pipeline and bookings growth, resulting in the consultancy rising to the number four ranking as an SAP Partner from its previous ranking of eleventh.  Jason has extensive experience leading sales efforts at several leading technology firms, including SAP America where he was named the 2003 #1 Worldwide SAP Sales Professional.  Jason also served as Chief Sales Officer at Adjoined Consulting and EVP of Sales at Kanbay International where he contributed to 100% year over year revenue growth.  

 

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jason serves as an Advisory Board member of UnitedLex Corporation.  Jason holds a BA from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University with a double major in psychology and advertising, and is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy.  He is an avid bicyclist and runner.
