Transforming Rummidge City Council

This short fictional film takes a lighthearted look at some of the outcomes that council-wide transformation can deliver.  It shows how new technology and processes can enable completely different ways of delivering service and how very different parts of the council need to be transformed and integrated for the most effective results.

~ Most importantly, it shows that transformation is about people,
both inside and outside the council. ~
