Flexible working

Unless constrained by the necessity of a particular activity, our staff may work wherever they choose (home, office, client site)

Part time employment

We will always seek to offer fully flexible working arrangements, part time and job share contracts as appropriate by role.

Enhanced maternity and paternity leave arrangements

To offer additional support to working parents, Axon provides an enhanced maternity and paternity leave package.

Additional Holiday

All staff are eligible to buy additional holiday beyond their contractual entitlement as long as business commitments can be managed.
