Axon acquires Supply Chain SAP Consultancy in Australia

Axon, the leading SAP Business Transformation consultancy, announces that its Australian subsidiary Axon Solutions Pty Limited has completed the acquisition of the business of Consulting Principles Pty Ltd ('Consulting Principles'), a leading provider of specialist supply chain and logistics SAP consulting services in Australia.

The initial consideration is Aus$3.45m (£1.7m), payable in cash, which is approximately 0.5 times annual revenues of Aus$7m. In addition, deferred cash consideration payments of Aus$3m (£1.4m) will be paid based on future business performance over the course of the next 2 years.

Based in Sydney and Brisbane, Consulting Principles' clients include Queensland Rail and the Department of Environment & Climate Change, New South Wales. Consulting Principles was founded in 2001 and was already a member of Axon International.
